Gul Skyline is a mixed-use tower in Islamabad, and it’s the most ambitious thing G & S Builders has built.
It’s also the least risky, and that’s not a contradiction. Everything we learned delivering Gul Heights 1 and 2 — the structural decisions that held up, the layouts residents actually liked, the finishing that stayed good after years of use — goes into this building. Same engineers. Same site team. Same suppliers.
Work is underway now — the rig is on site and the foundations are going in. The stage the building has reached, the target completion date and the current price list come straight from the sales team, dated the day you ask for them.

Shops and commercial floors at street level, homes above. It is the model both Gul Heights towers were built on and the one buyers in D-17 already recognise: the ground floor earns its keep, and the address stays busy after six in the evening.
Gul Skyline inherits what Gul Heights 2 got right — the plans residents actually liked, the finishing that stayed good after years of use, the structural calls that held. Same engineers, same site team, same suppliers.

What’s in the building
Every one of these is drawn and specified before a single unit is sold. Makes, capacities and counts are confirmed to you in writing — buyers hold a builder to an amenity list, and a row we have not signed off is easier to live with than one we got wrong.
The location
Gul Skyline is going up in Islamabad, on the same side of the city G & S Builders has worked in since the first tower. The plot, the approach roads and the drive times are published here the day the address is confirmed in writing — and not a day earlier, because a buyer will go and measure them.

Why buy off-plan from us
Buying a unit before it exists means trusting the builder. So here’s the relevant fact: we have done this twice, and both times the buyers got their keys.
Gul Heights 1 and Gul Heights 2 were both sold off-plan and both delivered. Every buyer in those buildings took the same leap you’re considering, and every one of them is now living in or renting out a finished apartment.

First entry
The opening entry covers the piling and foundation work now under way on site — the same work in the clip above. It is published once the month’s pour is signed off, with the site manager’s own account and the photographs taken that week.
Every month after that
The log runs from the first month on site through to handover, so a buyer can read the whole build back in order.
