Main Markaz, D-17/2, Islamabad

Seven floors at the Markaz in D-17/2 — shops across the lower ground, ground and first, four floors of apartments above. 24,728.11 sq ft, CDA-approved. Proof the first one was not luck.

Gul Heights 1

Main Markaz D-17, Islamabad

Where it started. Six floors at Main Markaz D-17 — shops and an arcade at street level, a retail mezzanine, two office plates, apartments on top. Occupied ever since.

Both towers were delivered by the same company that designed and built them — land, structure, MEP, finishing and handover in house, with one company accountable at the end of it.

If you are considering Gul Skyline, come and see what we already built. We will arrange access to Gul Heights 1 or 2, walk you through the common areas, and let you judge the workmanship in a building that has been standing for years — not one staged for a viewing.
