A track record you can walk into
In Islamabad, plenty of names promise towers. Fewer finish them. G & S Builders has completed and handed over two full developments — Gul Heights 1 and Gul Heights 2 — and both are occupied today.
That is not a projection or a phase-one launch. Those are real buildings with real lifts running, real water pressure, real families on every floor. You can visit them. You can knock on a door and ask the owner how the handover went. We’d encourage it.
That is the standard we are carrying into Gul Skyline.
